Payment: We gladly accept cash, credit cards, checks or baskets of kittens as payment. You can also purchase gift certificates online.

Cancellation policy: we so appreciate at least 24 hours' notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We charge a 50% missed service fee for all "no-shows" or same-day cancellations. Thanks for your understanding.
